All vendor booths are a minimum of 10' deep by 10' wide. A mandatory carpeting fee of $150 will be assessed for every 10'x10' space in a vendor booth layout. Additional booth space can be purchased at $2000, in increments of 10' x 10'. All booths include 1 table, 2 chairs, 1 small waste basket and 7" x 44" exhibitor ID sign. Additional tables, chairs, Wi-Fi and electrical can be provided at an additional cost with the contracted production company.
Diamond (+) Level Sponsors will be able to showcase their product during the entire 48-hour training exercise. Product demonstration will take place within a single designated training scenario. Designated scenarios will be determined by the Urban Shield Command Staff. Product demonstrations will be on a first come, first serve basis. To ensure your product is being utilized to its full potential, it is highly recommended you commit your product early during the scenario development process. Talk to your sponsorship representative for more information.
EVENT PROGRAM ADS:
Advertisements and company logos to be printed in the Event Program must be submitted to our office by July 1, 2016 to meet the printing and graphics department deadline. Additional ads can be purchased at $1,000 for a full page, $500 for a 1/2 page, or $250 for a 1/4 page. Please email all artwork to the following: email@example.com.
VIP TOUR TICKETS:
VIP Tour tickets are provided to sponsors as allocated in the above chart. This is a 2-day tour held on Saturday, September 10, 2016, and Sunday, September 11, 2016. The tour will be approximately 8 to 10 hours each day and will visit at least 8 scenarios in the 2-days. Transportation and lunch will be provided. Additional VIP Tour tickets can be purchased at $250 for 2-days or $150 for 1-day per person. For security purposes, our office requires that you provide the names of all company employees that will be utilizing the tickets no later than August 15, 2016.
HOT WASH BANQUET TICKETS
Banquet tickets are provided to sponsors as allocated in the above chart. Additional Hot Wash Banquet tickets can be purchased at $50 per person.
